Where are NORQAIN watches manufactured?
All NORQAIN watches are Swiss-made. Our production facility is located in Nidau (Biel/Bienne), in the heart of the Swiss watchmaking industry, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.
What is the international warranty on my timepiece?
Every NORQAIN watch comes with a standard 2-year international warranty. If you register your watch in our NORQAINER club, you can extend this warranty by an additional year for a total of 3 years.
How long does international shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international deliveries generally take 5-7 business days depending on customs clearance.
Can I customize the 'NORQAIN Plate' on my watch?
Yes, the plate on the left side of every NORQAIN case is designed for personalization. You can choose to engrave it with a special date, name, or life motto to make your timepiece truly unique.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for all watches purchased through our online store. The timepiece must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.
Are NORQAIN watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our models are water-resistant. Most of our Adventure and Independence collections are rated to 100 meters (10 ATM), making them suitable for swimming and water sports.
