Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, warranty cards, and manuals are included before sealing it in a secure shipping carton.

Affix the Label

Print the complimentary prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master watchmakers verify the integrity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
